Writer / History Nerd / Ice Cream Expert

Augustus has always loved to tell stories. After graduating from UCLA with an MFA in Screenwriting in 2021, he finally felt ready to share those stories outside of his immediate circle of friends. He has worked in TV writers rooms, talent agencies, and productions from high-budget TV pilots to lifestyle videos to narrative shorts funded by favors. He’s written TV, film, podcasts, prose, and personal essays, and he’s just started writing a very cute video game about pets.

Augustus’ work is influenced by his (let’s call them) “experiences” navigating the world with diagnosed ASD. That, plus his razor sharp sense of humor, leads to new, hilarious perspectives that leave audiences belly laughing or tearing up. Ideally both.

Most recently, Augustus wrote for Netflix’s hit comedy Big Mouth. His episode was submitted for Emmy consideration in Best Comedy Writing and in Best Animated Program.

When he’s not writing, Augustus enjoys going on walks with his Wonderful Girlfriend, waving to strangers’ dogs on the street, or playing a spooky game while wrapped up in a blanket.
